On 14 September at 9pm, the Livraria Lello Foundation invites you to discover the beauty of the stars at a Stargazing event at the Monastery of Leça do Balio.

The Path to the Stars includes an astronomical observation with a telescope guided by the Porto Planetarium, which seeks to reveal how the ancient pilgrims were guided by the stars during their long journey to Santiago de Compostela.

The activity is part of the The Hospitallers on the Camino de Santiago programme and includes a visit to Álvaro Siza's Escultura Aberta, inspired by the connection between the Monastery of Leça do Balio and the Hospitallers.

Tickets cost €12 and entry is free for children under 12.
